    We provide services designed to help individuals achieve their goals, and ensure a smooth experience and support through the NDIS process.

    FAQ’s

    What kind of experience does your team have?
    We have a number of therapists with a wide range of experience, interests and skills. We have both male and female therapists across different age groups, who have a variety of skills and training across multiple client populations. No matter your needs, we will be able to match you to a therapist who best suits your particular situation.


    How do I make a booking with In-Balance?
    There are two steps involved:

     

    1. Please complete our registration form here:
    2. Forward any relevant documentation to our administration team email

    • including your NDIS plan
    • medical reports
    • referrals from other providers
    • any other documentation which may be relevant to you.

    After we receive this information, we’ll be in touch to make an appointment with you.

     

    Who can make a referral to In-Balance?
    You, an appropriate family member or support person, or your support coordinator can all make a referral to see us if you wish. You do not require a referral from a doctor.


    What happens once I’ve completed the referral form?
    Our team will review your details and needs. We will aim to contact you within 7 -14 days with options to make a booking. On the day of your initial appointment, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to finalise any paperwork. Your first session with your therapist will primarily be focused on finding out about you, your needs and your goals, then making a plan with you that suits your needs.

    What if I can't make my appointment because of transport issues or illness?
    Please ask us about our telehealth options. We may be able to provide an online consult for you if appropriate. You can find out more about online consults here
