Administration Assistant - Join Our Caring Team!
We are looking for our next team member who can work a minimum of 20 hours per week with the potential for full-time (38 hours) for the right applicant. Shifts will fall within the clinic opening hours of 7:30am to 7pm.
Position Classification and Remuneration
- Award: Health Professionals and Support Services Award.
- Salary: $51,000-$55,000 (FTE) plus Superannuation, dependent on experience.

Your Role:
As our new Administration Assistant, you will be the friendly face that welcomes our clients and the support that keeps our clinic running smoothly. Your day will involve:
- Engaging with clients, ensuring each visit feels welcoming, supportive, and personal.
- Managing front reception duties, utilising multiple software systems, and keeping things running like clockwork.
- Supporting our multidisciplinary team to create memorable experiences for our clients.
- Collaborating closely with our senior administration team, directors, and clinicians to maintain a happy, cohesive, and productive work environment.

Selection criteria
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite is a must, and confidence in using a variety of software systems is highly desirable (Please provide examples).
- Customer Service: You excel at providing top-notch customer service.
- Communication: You have strong communication skills across all demographics and know how to support your team.
- Problem Solver: You can spot barriers within our systems and work with the senior admin team to find solutions.
- Compliance: A current RWVP card and Police check are required for successful applicants.
- Experience with the administrative management of N.D.I.S clients is not essential but highly desirable!
